Artwork Requirements: Electronic artwork must be provided in black and white vector format.

Design Format: Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps, .pdf)
To avoid font substitutions: All type paths must be converted to outlines or the font must be provided with the artwork.
*We can recreate or alter artwork to meet printing requirements, however art charges may apply.
E-proofs & Production Proofs: E-proofs can be provided within 1 or 2 days of receiving artwork and merchandise. E-proofs will be provided either as a line drawing of the item in pdf format or a photo of the item in jpeg format with artwork super imposed at the approximate size and location. Format chosen is based on the preference of the artist unless otherwise requested.
Production proofs can be provided within 2 or 3 days after approval of an e-proof.

Shipping: We will ship via UPS and Federal Express, and are able to ship on Third Party accounts. International shipping is available. Please contact us for the requirements on international shipments (F.O.B. Edgewater, NJ 07020).
Special Needs & Pricing: In addition to our decorating methods, we also provide the services of Fulfillment, Gift Wrapping, and Drop Shipping.
Due to the complexities of decorating on finished products, we kindly request that you submit your design plus a unit of the merchandise in order for us to assess the charges. We have found that it is virtually impossible to be fair in pricing without first seeing all the components of the job. It is our desire to provide you with the fairest price, while providing you with the highest quality of work.
