INQUIRIES, QUOTES, & ORDERS
We welcome your inquiries! Email us at orders@cshotstamp.com. We will reply between 9am-5pm EST, Monday through Thursday, and 9am-3pm EST on Friday.

Process:
- Supplier ships the product to us (please make sure that your company name is identified on the shipping label as a reference)
- With merchandise and proper artwork in-house, we create an e-proof that we email to you for approval.
- Standard turnaround time is not more than 5 business days once (1) written approval on production is received; (2) PO is received; and (3) merchandise is received. (You may incur a rush charge if you request the order be completed prior to the quoted turnaround time.)
Artwork Requirements: Artwork must be provided in lined vector format, Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps, .pdf or .svg). We can recreate or alter artwork to meet printing requirements, however art charges may apply.
To avoid font substitutions: All type paths must be converted to outlines or the font must be provided with the artwork
Shipping: We will ship via UPS, USPS, and Federal Express, and are able to ship on Third Party accounts. International shipping is available. Please contact us for the requirements on international shipments.
Special Needs & Pricing: In addition to our decorating methods, we also provide the services of Fulfillment, Gift Wrapping, and Drop Shipping.
It is our desire to provide you with the fairest price, while providing you with the highest quality of work. Due to the complexities of decorating on finished products, we kindly request that you submit your design plus a unit of the merchandise in order for us to assess the charges. We have found that it is virtually impossible to be fair in pricing without first seeing all the components of the job.

Customers should warrant that we have the right to use the logos, marks, symbols or designs featured in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold our company harmless in any infringement actions as a result of printing the artwork. We reserve the right to use all our imprinted products in our advertising catalog and displays unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of the order. All catalog items with imprints shown are for the sole purpose of displaying positions and capabilities.
